Section 1
Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
- "okgame," "we," "us," "our" refers to the okgame platform operated at okgame.lat and the legal entity responsible for its operation.
- "Member," "you," "your" refers to any individual who has registered, or is in the process of registering, an account on the okgame platform.
- "Platform" means the okgame website, mobile interface, game lobby, cashier system, and all ancillary services accessible at okgame.lat.
- "Account" means the registered member account created on the okgame Platform, including the associated wallet, transaction history, bonus balances, and VIP status.
- "Real Money Balance" means the monetary balance held in a Member's okgame wallet that was funded by actual deposits and is eligible for withdrawal, subject to these Terms.
- "Bonus Balance" means credits awarded by okgame to a Member's account under a promotional offer, which are subject to separate wagering and eligibility conditions.
- "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process required before withdrawal processing can occur on the okgame Platform.
- "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing gaming activities in the Philippines.
- "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction in which the use of the okgame Platform is prohibited under applicable law.
Section 2
Eligibility & Registration
Access to and use of the okgame Platform is subject to the following eligibility
requirements, which are conditions precedent to registration and continued membership:
- Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your membership. This minimum age requirement applies in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR responsible gaming guidelines. okgame will request proof of age during the KYC process and may suspend or permanently close accounts where age requirements are not met.
- Jurisdictional Eligibility. You must be physically located in, and a resident of, a jurisdiction in which your participation in online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the okgame Platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. okgame makes no representation as to the legality of the Platform in any jurisdiction other than the Philippines.
- Legal Capacity. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Individuals under legal guardianship or those who lack legal capacity under applicable law are ineligible to register.
- Accurate Information. All information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, residential address, and Philippine mobile number — must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
- Excluded Persons. Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of okgame and its affiliated game providers and payment partners are ineligible to hold a Member account or participate in promotions.
21+ Requirement: okgame is a gambling platform. Access by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. All new accounts are subject to age verification checks as part of the KYC process. Accounts found to be registered by minors will be immediately closed and all deposits returned, less any winnings, in accordance with applicable law.
Section 3
Account Management
The following terms govern the creation, operation, and termination of okgame Member accounts:
- One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active okgame account. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using the same or different identification documents, email addresses, or device identifiers, is a material breach of these Terms. okgame reserves the right to close all related accounts and forfeit all associated balances without notice.
- Account Security. Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including their username, password, and two-factor authentication codes. okgame will never request your password via any communication channel. Any suspected unauthorized access to your account must be reported to okgame support immediately.
- Account Verification (KYC). okgame is required to verify the identity of all members prior to processing any withdrawal. Acceptable KYC documents include Philippine government-issued IDs such as a passport, driver's license, SSS/UMID card, or PhilSys National ID. Additional proof of address and source of funds documentation may be requested at okgame's discretion.
- Inactive Accounts. An account is considered inactive after twelve (12) consecutive months of no login activity. okgame reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of up to ₱200 to inactive accounts, deducted from the available Real Money Balance, provided that the balance is not reduced below zero. Members will be notified by email prior to the application of inactivity fees.
- Account Closure. Members may request the closure of their okgame account at any time by contacting the support team. Closure requests will be processed within 72 business hours. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure, subject to completion of KYC and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements, will be returned to the Member's verified payment method.
- okgame's Right to Close Accounts. okgame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of these Terms, or any activity that may expose okgame or other members to harm or regulatory risk.
Section 4
Deposits & Payments
okgame accepts deposits from Members using the following payment channels, subject to
availability and applicable minimum and maximum deposit limits:
- GCash and PayMaya (Maya) — the primary payment channels, supporting instant deposits
- BDO, BPI, and Metrobank bank transfers
- Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards
- Additional payment methods as notified on the okgame cashier page from time to time
The following conditions apply to all deposits made on the okgame Platform:
- Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
- Own Payment Methods. Members must only deposit using payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made using payment accounts belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
- Currency. All transactions on the okgame Platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in a foreign currency may be subject to conversion by the Member's payment provider prior to reaching the okgame wallet.
- No Charges from okgame. okgame does not charge Members for standard deposits. However, the Member's payment provider (e.g., GCash, BPI) may apply their own transaction fees, over which okgame has no control.
- Failed Deposits. In the event of a deposit that is debited from your payment account but does not appear in your okgame wallet within the expected processing timeframe, please contact okgame support with your transaction reference number. okgame will investigate and, where confirmed, credit the deposit manually.
Section 5
Withdrawals
The following terms govern withdrawal requests made by Members on the okgame Platform:
- KYC Prerequisite. Full identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal request will be processed. This requirement applies to all Members without exception, regardless of the withdrawal amount.
- Withdrawal to Own Account. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the Member's own name and matching the verified identity on the okgame account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
- Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction unless otherwise specified.
- Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 3 to 15 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Processing times may vary during periods of high volume or system maintenance.
- Withdrawal Review. okgame reserves the right to conduct additional security and identity verification checks on withdrawal requests at any time. Where such a review is initiated, okgame will notify the Member and may request supporting documentation. The review period will not exceed 10 business days except where law enforcement or regulatory requests are involved.
- Bonus-Related Restrictions. Winnings derived from Bonus Balance are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion. Until wagering requirements are satisfied, the relevant portion of a Member's balance may not be withdrawn.
Section 6
Bonuses & Promotions
okgame offers promotions and bonuses to its Members from time to time. The following
general terms apply to all bonuses and promotional offers unless specifically stated
otherwise in the individual promotion terms:
- Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
- Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible Members in accordance with the stated eligibility criteria. okgame reserves the right to refuse, reclaim, or cancel any bonus at its discretion where eligibility conditions are not met.
- Bonus credits must be used within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion. Unused bonus credits will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
- Wagering requirements must be completed in full using Real Money Balance or Bonus Balance (as specified) on eligible games before any bonus-related winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering on certain games, including but not limited to table games and live dealer games, may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements, as specified in each promotion.
- Only one bonus may be active at a time unless specifically stated otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in cancellation of all active bonuses and suspension of the Member account.
- okgame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. This right will be exercised reasonably and will not affect bonuses already actively in progress for a Member at the time of modification.
Bonus Abuse Policy: okgame actively monitors for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including systematic low-risk wagering designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity. Where such patterns are detected, okgame reserves the right to void bonus winnings, cancel the applicable bonus, and in cases of repeated or egregious abuse, close the Member account.
Section 7
Gameplay & Fair Play
okgame is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and certified gaming environment.
The following terms govern gameplay on the okgame Platform:
- Certified RNG. All slot games and virtual table games available on the okgame Platform operate on Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Certified Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published within each game.
- Live Casino Games. Live dealer games are operated by certified third-party providers, including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. The rules of each live game are governed by the applicable provider's game rules, which are displayed within each game interface.
- Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a software malfunction, server outage, or technical error that interrupts a game round, the round will be voided and the wager returned to the Member's wallet. okgame does not guarantee the continuity of service and shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
- Disputed Game Results. All game results are determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer procedures. Game results are recorded in server logs and are final unless a technical error is confirmed. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted to okgame support within 72 hours of the disputed game round, referencing the specific game round ID.
- Betting Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the okgame Platform. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may be modified by okgame at any time with reasonable notice.
Section 8
Prohibited Conduct
Members must not engage in any of the following conduct on or in connection with the
okgame Platform. Violation of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of
these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances,
and referral to relevant authorities:
- Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity, age, or payment information
- Registering more than one Member account, whether under your own identity or another's
- Colluding with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game
- Using automated software, bots, AI-assisted tools, or any form of technological manipulation to interact with games or the Platform
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature
- Engaging in any form of chip dumping, money laundering, or other financial fraud using the Platform
- Sharing account credentials with, or allowing access to your account by, any third party
- Abusing the bonus system through patterns of systematic low-risk wagering or coordinated multi-account bonus exploitation
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other members or okgame staff through any communication channel on the Platform
Section 9
Responsible Gaming
okgame is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment in full
compliance with PAGCOR responsible gaming guidelines. The following terms govern
okgame's responsible gaming obligations and Member rights:
- Age Restriction. The minimum age to use the okgame Platform is 21 years. This is a firm legal requirement under Philippine law. okgame enforces this requirement through registration checks and KYC verification.
- Deposit Limits. Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their okgame account from within Account Settings. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately. An increase to a deposit limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before it becomes active.
- Session Time Reminders. Members may set session time reminders that display a notification after a specified duration of continuous play.
- Loss Limits. Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits. Once a loss limit is reached, no further wagers may be placed until the limit period resets.
- Cooling-Off Periods. Members may request a temporary suspension of their okgame account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the account will be inaccessible and no deposits or wagers can be placed.
- Self-Exclusion. Members may request permanent self-exclusion from the okgame Platform at any time. A permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. Requests for permanent self-exclusion will be processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
- Staff Training. okgame staff are trained to identify potential indicators of problem gambling and to direct Members to appropriate responsible gaming resources, including those provided by PAGCOR.

Section 10
Intellectual Property
All content on the okgame Platform — including but not limited to software, code,
design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, game content, promotional materials,
and written content — is the intellectual property of okgame or its licensed content
providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to
access and use the okgame Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes
in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce,
copy, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
Any unauthorized use of okgame intellectual property, including screen-scraping,
data mining, or systematic extraction of any Platform content, is strictly prohibited
and may result in legal action.
Section 11
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okgame shall not be liable to any
Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary
damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill,
arising from or in connection with:
- The Member's use of, or inability to use, the okgame Platform or any game thereon
- Technical malfunctions, interruptions, or errors in the Platform not attributable to okgame's gross negligence
- Unauthorized access to, or alteration of, a Member's account due to the Member's failure to maintain adequate credential security
- Third-party payment processing delays or failures
- Any gambling losses incurred by a Member during lawful use of the Platform
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude okgame's liability for fraud, gross
negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited
by applicable Philippine law.
okgame's aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single event or series
of related events shall not exceed the total value of real money deposits made by
that Member to okgame in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Section 12
Privacy & Data
okgame collects and processes personal data from Members in connection with the
operation of the Platform. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal
data is governed by the okgame Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement
and is available at
okgame.lat/privacy-policy.
By registering an account and using the okgame Platform, you consent to the collection
and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes
the processing of data for KYC verification, transaction monitoring, fraud prevention,
regulatory compliance, and the delivery of personalized marketing communications where
you have opted in to receive such communications.
okgame will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties except as
required by law, necessary for the delivery of Platform services (e.g., payment
processing partners), or as described in the Privacy Policy.
Section 13
Amendments to These Terms
okgame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at
any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, okgame will notify registered
Members via the email address or mobile number on file at least 14 days prior to the
effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by law or
regulatory direction.
Continued use of the okgame Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes
acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must
cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 3.
Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned subject to
completion of KYC and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements.
Section 14
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising from or related to them shall be
governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines,
without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the
breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, unless otherwise required by applicable
regulatory authority.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Members agree to first attempt to resolve
any dispute with okgame informally by contacting the okgame support team with a clear
description of the complaint. okgame will endeavour to respond to and resolve the
complaint within 15 business days of receipt.
