In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further thirty (30) days, and you will be notified if an extension is required.
Please note that certain rights are subject to exceptions and limitations. For example, the right to erasure cannot be exercised where okgame is required to retain data by law (such as transaction records under anti-money laundering legislation), and the right to object does not apply where processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or compliance with a legal obligation.
The okgame Platform is strictly for individuals who are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR responsible gaming guidelines. okgame does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
Age verification is conducted during the KYC process required for all Members. Where okgame discovers that personal data has been collected from an individual who is under 21 years of age, the account will be closed immediately, all associated data will be deleted (subject to any legal obligation to retain records of the breach for regulatory reporting purposes), and any deposits will be returned in accordance with applicable law.
okgame may send you promotional communications about bonuses, new games, tournaments, and special offers via email, SMS, and in-platform notifications, subject to your having provided explicit opt-in consent at the time of registration or through your account settings.

okgame reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory guidance. The effective date at the top of this Policy will be updated whenever a material change is made.
Where a change is material — that is, where it significantly affects how okgame processes your personal data or your rights in relation to that data — okgame will notify registered Members by email to the address on file, or by in-platform notification, at least fourteen (14) days before the change takes effect.
Your continued use of the okgame Platform following notification of a policy change will constitute your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. If you do not accept the updated terms, you may close your account as provided in the Terms and Conditions.
